The goal will be to provide excellent assistance and support to employees.

The job will be in the company office

Job requirements

Provide counseling on policies and procedures.

Be actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.

Assist in performance management processes.

Assist in human resources jobs (wages and benefits, recruitment, training and development, etc.)

Orientating new employees.

Ensuring that all employees are organized and satisfied in their work environment.

Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performance.

Maintaining employee records and paperwork.

Update monthly employee records.

Adhere to laws and regulations.


Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.)

Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong ethics and reliability.
